Deposit
We have implemented a new appointment policy that requires a deposit to secure your consultation. Deposits of $50 for short consultations and $100 for longer consultations will be collected. Upon arrival, the remaining balance can be paid.
To simplify the process, we have integrated a payment page in our appointment booking system, Calendly. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment, but cancellations made more than 3 days in advance are eligible for a 90% refund.

Opening hours
- We try to book mostly Wednesdays and Fridays for now but alternative days can be arranged.
- After hours also available by request with Dr Charlton. Only telehealth available.

Cancellation policy
- Please cancel 3 business days prior to appointment.
- If you are unwell, you can change your face to face appointment to telehealth.
- No show fee is 50% of consultation fee.
- If you subsequently attend, the no show fee can be refunded.
