Starting on 30th October 2025, I will be working at Core Foundation, Beaumaris. I am there once a month on Thursdays.

Telehealth Consultations
Telehealth consultations are offered Australia wide. Medicare rebate will be offered to those who has seen me face to face within the last 12 months. You can receive $43.90 medicare rebate.

Card Capture
We have implemented a new appointment policy that requires a card capture secure your consultation. Failure to cancel will be charged a fee for non attendance.
Opening Hours
In Wantirna, we are now booking Wednesdays and Friday mornings. If you are unavailable these hours, please discuss with Dr Charlton with a Free Discovery call or email and alternative arrangement can be made.
In Pascoe Vale South, we are booking every second Tuesday.
In Beaumaris, we book monthly on Thursdays.
In Canterbury, we book monthly on Wednesdays.
If you would like to change your appointment, please rebook a new appointment and leave a note or email Dr Charlton to cancel the existing one.
Cancellation Policy
- Please cancel 3 business days prior to the appointment.
- If you are unwell, you can change a face-to-face appointment to telehealth
- The no-show fee is 50% of the consultation fee
- If a subsequent appointment is arranged, we can reimburse your no-show fee or deposit.
Face-to-face Consultation
- Medicare rebate is available as above.
Telehealth Consultation
- Available to everyone Australia-wide, not international.
- If you have been seen face-to-face in Melbourne Low Carb Clinic or Wantirna Mall Clinic within the last 12 months, you can have a flat rate of $43.90 medicare rebate.
- Link to join with Health Link Video Conference will be emailed upon booking and an email will be sent the day prior to remind you.
Special Item Numbers
- If you have a mental health plan, and would like to use Focussed Psychological Strategies with Dr Charlton, you may be eligible for higher medicare rebates.
- If you would like to discuss about menopause, you may be eligible for a menopause item number.
- If you are eligible for a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, you may be eligible for higher rebates.
