If you have been seen face to face in Melbourne Low Carb Clinic or Wantirna Mall Clinic within the last 12 months, you can have $42.85 medicare rebate.

If you have signed up to MyMedicare and nominated me as your regular doctor, you can get $82.90 medicare rebate.
15 min Telehealth Video Consultation

If you have been seen face to face in Melbourne Low Carb Clinic or Wantirna Mall Clinic within the last 12 months, you can have a flat rate of $42.85 medicare rebate.
Deposit
We have implemented a new appointment policy that requires a deposit to secure your consultation. Deposits of $50 for short consultations and $100 for longer consultations will be collected. Upon arrival, the remaining balance can be paid.
To simplify the process, we have integrated a payment page in our appointment booking system, Calendly. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment, but cancellations made more than 3 days in advance are eligible for a 90% refund.
Opening Hours
We are now booking Wednesdays all days and Friday mornings. If you are unavailable these hours, please discuss with Dr Charlton with a Free Discovery call or email and alternative arrangement can be made.
Cancellation Policy
- Please cancel 3 business days prior to the appointment.
- If you are unwell, you can change a face-to-face appointment to telehealth
- The no-show fee is 50% of the consultation fee
- The deposit is not able to be refunded.
- If a subsequent appointment is arranged, we can reimburse your no-show fee or deposit.
Face-to-face Consultation
- Medicare rebate is available as above.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to fill in a new patient form and pay consultation fees prior to appointment. Please report to Wantirna Mall Clinic reception.
Telehealth Consultation
- Available to everyone Australia-wide.
- If you have been seen face-to-face in Melbourne Low Carb Clinic or Wantirna Mall Clinic within the last 12 months, you can have a flat rate of $41.20 medicare rebate.
- Link to join with Health Link Video Conference will be emailed upon booking and an email will be sent the day prior to remind you.
